New doctoral students at the IMPRS-SPCE in fall 2021

At the start of the winter semester 2021/2022, the MPIfG welcomes nine new researchers to the doctoral program of the International Max Planck Research School on the Social and Political Constitution of the Economy (IMPRS-SPCE): Thomas Barrett, previously at Freie Universität Berlin; Anna Hehenberger, formerly at Kingston University, London; Muhammad Osama Iqbal, previously a financial analyst at ExxonMobil, Budapest; Ole Paeger, a graduate from the University of Cologne; Franziska Wiest, from Friedrich Schiller University Jena; Valentin Rottensteiner, Zarah Westrich and Jeremiah Nollenberger, all graduates of the University of Duisburg-Essen; as well as Ceren Çevik. The IMPRS-SPCE is a joint international doctoral program of the MPIfG, the University of Cologne, and the University of Duisburg-Essen. Thirty-two doctoral students are currently enrolled in the program.
